Nigerian coach, Adeyemi Anthony Adedeji, popularly known as Triple A and based in Switzerland, has once again demonstrated his commitment to continuous professional development by returning to school for a coaching refresher course organized by the Swiss Football Association.
Coach Adeyemi, who holds a Youth Coaches Diploma, UEFA B Licence, UEFA C+ Licence, and a private tactical and technical training certificate obtained in Zurich, brings over a decade of experience spanning youth and senior football across Europe.
As part of his ongoing development, he participated in the Module Fortbildung Leiter/in 2025/2026 – J+S Leaders (Performance Sport) programme.
The course forms part of Switzerland’s structured coaching education system, designed to elevate performance-level football standards.
Held over two days—Friday, March 27, and Saturday, March 28, 2026—at Sportanlage Dürrbach in Wangen ZH, the programme featured an intensive blend of theoretical and practical training.
Activities commenced early on Friday, with participants engaging in a rigorous schedule aimed at refining modern coaching methods.
Organized by the Swiss FA, the programme focused on strengthening coaching competencies, enhancing tactical and methodological approaches, and aligning participants with both national and international best practices in football development.
The sessions were led by experienced instructors Pascal Humbel and Sandro Chieffo, who guided participants through classroom discussions, on-field exercises, and interactive coaching analysis.
The hands-on format ensured that attendees not only gained knowledge but also applied it in real-world coaching scenarios.
Coach Adedeji’s participation highlights his dedication to excellence and growth in the field.
A former FC Winterthur U16 youth coach, he has also worked with Swiss lower-division clubs including FC Witikon and FC Gossau, steadily building a wealth of experience.
Despite his base in Europe, the Nigerian tactician remains closely connected to football development in Nigeria.
Through grassroots initiatives and technical contributions, he continues to demonstrate a strong commitment to advancing the game both locally and internationally.
With ambitions of contributing to Nigeria’s national teams and the broader football landscape, Adedeji’s latest educational pursuit reflects a clear vision—to equip himself with cutting-edge knowledge needed to compete at the highest levels of modern football coaching.
