The Football Club Owners Gwagwalada, Abuja, have congratulated the Chairman of Likeminds Football Club, Barrister Babatunde Akintade, on his appointment as Special Assistant to the Gwagwalada Area Council Chairman on Recreational and Sports Development.
In a congratulatory message signed by Lamda Ramnap N. on behalf of the association, the football club owners described Akintade’s appointment as a welcome development and recognition of his commitment to the growth of sports and youth development.
The association expressed confidence in Akintade’s ability to bring his experience, passion and knowledge of grassroots football to bear in his new responsibility, particularly in promoting recreational activities and creating greater opportunities for young talents across Gwagwalada.
The Football Club Owners, under the leadership of their Chairman, Coach Patrick Bassey, wished Akintade a successful and impactful tenure, while pledging their support for initiatives that will advance sports development and strengthen grassroots participation in the area.
